New Norcia chase
On this day a trough was deepening down the coast pushing up on some warm air around New Norcia. It wasn’t ideal conditions but I had nothing to do so I though I'd would be worth a drive. I found one good cell at New Norcia and decided to stay with it. I tried to pretty much keep under it and to the front side. This proved to be quite hard ( damn the road networks ). Not a lot was happening and I had decided to call it quits and head home when some nice mamatus started to form under it so I hang around. Unfortunately nothing else developed although I could hear thunder to the north but I was running out of light so I caught a good shot of the sunset and headed home.
